The staff was excellent, always there to help. the setting was magnificent, adjacent to the beach and Bangla market and restaurants.

Fantastic, nice hotel with pretty friendly people and marvellous location close to everything. Free parking nearby provided. No charge for wake up service and ironing too. Quite comfortable overall experience.

The room was cleaned well every day with a comfy big bed and a balcony, for instance. the location was awesome, near a market, restaurants, the beach road, and even a cruise ship dock! 🌴

The superior premium queen room had a comfortable bed and all the basic amenities we required.

The hotel is conveniently located in a great location, very near Massage Soi →OTOP and in the busy Patong bay. It is close to the AC ventilators, ensuring a comfortable stay during the hot weather. the rooms are small and dark, but they offer a nice pool area with limited sun beds.

The staircase is small and awkward to navigate with luggage.

The pool here is lovely, and there is convenient parking nearby, I stayed in a superior premium queen room with a big cozy bed, the location is peaceful and nice, just a 10-minute walk to Instyle Bespoke Tailors.

Great value for money with amazing views of the shoreline. The hotel is well maintained with an accessible location, especially for Grab transportation. The pool is small but well-situated on the second floor with a good view.

Credit card charges were added, and upper floors with nice views had no lift, a problem for seniors and children. The hotel is far from other tourist spots, making it difficult to commute.

This hotel was a great find! The location was fantastic, right on the beach road of Patong, and close to many restaurants and shops. We loved having a room on the ground floor with access to the pool, it made it so convenient. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure our room was cleaned daily to a high standard. Although there were some negatives, there were a few enjoyable aspects of my Christmas holiday at this hotel. two complimentary drinks were provided to me upon arrival, which was nice. the location was convenient as it was near to the beach and accessible to grab rides. Lastly, the room was quite spacious, which made it easier to move around.

The hotel was conveniently located near all the action, just a short walk from the lively Bangla Street and right on the beach road. the beach was easily accessible and offered beautiful views. the staff was helpful, answering questions and providing advice. the room was spacious and clean, offering great value for the money.
